Our mattresses are compressed and rolled into a single compact box using patented technology. They are delivered straight to your door for easy setup and maneuverability through tight hallways or staircases.
How long does it take for a mattress to fully expand?
Most Zinus mattresses take between 48 to 72 hours to fully expand to their original shape. We recommend unboxing your mattress within 72 hours of receipt to ensure the best performance.
What is your return policy for furniture and mattresses?
We offer a 100-night trial for all mattresses and a 30-day return window for furniture. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the item for a full refund within these periods, provided it is in good condition.
Do I need a box spring with a Zinus bed frame?
Most of our platform beds and foundations are designed with sturdy wood or steel slats, meaning you do not need a box spring. However, our frames are compatible with box springs if you prefer additional height.
Is there a warranty on Zinus products?
Yes, we stand by our quality. Our mattresses typically come with a 10-year limited warranty, while our bed frames, sofas, and foundations generally include a 1-year or 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
What materials are used in your foam mattresses?
All Zinus mattresses use CertiPUR-US certified foam, meaning they are tested for content, emissions, and durability. We also infuse natural ingredients like green tea, charcoal, and olive oil to maintain freshness.
